Savannah revisited!  2021

It is one year later. My nephew got married in Charleston yesterday after a one year delay, and a great time was had by all. Today, finally, we made it to Savannah. There is a lot of history here, and like Charleston, Savannah is a foodie's paradise.

   The Grey is right up there amongst the best restaurants ever. The restaurant which occupies the old Greyhound bus terminal in the historic section of town was co-founded by Chef Mashama Bailey who brings with her an extraordinary southern cooking experience. Reservations must be made weeks in advance, which we had not done. However, walk-ins can order à la carte if seats in the bar are available. That is what we did. One day we will return with a reservation.
